A petition initiated by resident Beverly Bardan has gained traction, expressing concerns over Minaj's husband, Kenneth Petty, who is a registered sex offender due to a past conviction. In a separate incident, Minaj and Petty recently became the victims of a swatting prank, where authorities received a false report alleging abuse within their home. Fortunately, no harm was done, but such incidents contribute to the negative attention surrounding the couple.
