"Nicki Minaj Fights Back: Demands Dismissal of $26K Jewelry Lawsuit Over Damaged Bling"

Nicki Minaj is making headlines as she seeks to have a $26,000 jewelry lawsuit against her dismissed. The independent jewelry company, Roseark, filed the suit, alleging that Minaj was responsible for damage to the jewelry.

However, Minaj is vehemently denying these claims. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Minaj's attorney, representing both the rapper and her stylist Brett Alan Nelson, has refuted all allegations made by Roseark jewelry.

They categorically deny any liability and assert that Roseark is not entitled to any relief. Minaj further defended herself by stating that she returned the jewelry approximately 12 days after borrowing it, absolving herself of responsibility for any potential damages that may have occurred after its return.

The court documents also argue that any damages, if they indeed exist, were the result of negligence or acquiescence on the part of Roseark or its agents. Nicki Minaj's legal team is claiming there was no breach of contract, and they are requesting the case be dismissed outright.

Photographs submitted in court show pieces of jewelry obtained by Minaj from Roseark, including a diamond ring with missing pieces.

An invoice solidifies the transaction as "final" with "no refunds or exchanges," and it includes the signature of Minaj's stylist, Brett Alan Nelson. As the legal battle unfolds, it remains to be seen how the court will rule on this dispute between Nicki Minaj and Roseark jewelry.
